"No Make" Modifier

If you want to ring-up an Item, but do not want the kitchen or bar to make the item you can add the "No Make" modifier to the item. Selecting this modifier will allow you to charge the item to the guest, but the item will not print to be made regardless of print categories.

1. Ring up an item on the order

2. Tap on the item from the order pane to select it and then tap on MODS to open the available Modifiers 
   Note: If the Item has a Forced Modifier the Modifier options will open as soon as the item is rung up

   

3. Select the No Make Modifier

   

4. Finish order as normal. The Item with the No Make Modifier will not print
