How to request a bank change

Prerequisite: Customer must have Internet access to a laptop/desktop/phone or tablet.

Please let the client know they must gather the following information:

• Legal Entity Name of Venue
• Venue DBA (Doing Business As)
• Copy of Valid Driver's License or State ID
• Copy of a Voided Check or a Bank Verification Letter from the new account
• and/or Bank Routing and Account Number

Collect their email address and send them a copy of the link below to complete with the information they've gathered.
