Issuing a refund on a credit card charge from a previous business date

Pre-requisite: Need to be performed on a station or server (currently not supported on iOS)

1. Tap the business date at the bottom of the screen.

   

2. Select the date of the tab you wish to refund and select done.

   

3. Find the tab you wish to refund using the search feature.

   

4. Double tap on the TAB to expand the tab.

    

5. Tap the REFUND button.

   

6. Log out or change the business date back to the current date.

Alternatively you can contact SmartTab or ExpiTrans support and ask them to perform the refund for you.
