Error: Warning, days marked in red do not have final report available

Symptoms

You receive the error Warning, days marked in red do not have final report available when attempting to review reports

Cause 

Possable network interruption when the POS was attempting to send reports

Resolution

1. Log into the web portal
2. Click on the hamburger menuat the top-left

3. Select Health Status

   

4. Select the day that is red and click RESEND REPORTS
