How To Request a Change of Passwords, Ownership, Authority for a Venue

*Note:  We will only make changes once we've established contact with the person who is named on the merchant account. The client requesting this change may or may not have this info but please have them take the steps below and we will address this on a per-account basis.

Please Direct Clients to email their requests to Support@smarttab.com

Notify them to include:

  • Legal Entity Name
  • Doing Business As Name
  • Their First Name and Last Name
  • Their email address
  • An Image of Their Drivers License or State ID (We need to confirm who they are before we make changes.)

*Note Changes will be applied within 2-4 business days once the email with the following information has been received.
